This web-app serves as my learning lab at NCSS to explore PHP, a robust server-side programming language. Its purpose is to assist HR users in performing various tasks with ease:

☆ Check the list of employees with all the related details
☆ Basic employees management: enable users to insert/update/delete/search a specific record
☆ Extract the list of all employees from a specific department

This is my initial venture into LARAVEL, a free, open-source PHP web application framework. It follows the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern and provides an elegant syntax and tools for tasks such as routing, caching, validation, and authentication. My simple application here acts as an online media feed for technology readers to share stories/ ideas in high-tech fields. Functionalities including:
☆ Visitors can browse all posted content
☆ Users with a valid account, possessing the lowest role, are authorized solely to create and edit their own posts.
☆ Users assigned the moderator role possess the capability to delete any posts.
☆ Exclusive to users holding an admin role is the authority to manage all user accounts.

This web application is my final assignment in a fullstack course at NSCC, not only serves as a personal repository for my favorite reads but also allows me to share them with like-minded individuals. Users can create accounts, log in, and contribute their own favorite books, making it a dynamic and collaborative platform.
